E141: Beware of Orthorexia Nervosa when Healing Multiple Sclerosis!

When I was healing my MS diagnosis, I was strict with myself with my diet—and I'm glad I was. However, about 2-3 years later, I was still on that VERY STRICT DIET. I'm not too proud to say that I know I had characteristics of Orthorexia Nervosa during this time. In fact, I feel honest if I had this condition right after I healed for a couple years.
