E122: FATIGUE with MS? Learn How to GET YOUR ENERGY BACK!
Fatigue was one of my symptoms when I was diagnosed with MS—it was awful! After just taking a shower I had to lay down with my wet hair. Then I needed to conjure up the energy to get up and do my makeup and dry my hair if I needed to get to an appointment. I took everything I had! When I was at home after I was diagnosed, I just wanted to sleep all day—I knew this wasn't normal. I then learned I was deficient in good fats, vitamins and minerals!
Everyone has their own nutrients they might be deficient in. Learn what yours are. I discuss what macronutrients and micronutrients you might be lacking. We all need the right amounts for our bodies to thrive they way they were built to.
